My wife and I can't say enough good things about Phil at LPT Realty. Phil noticed that we were looking for a realtor to sell our home in Ocala, and he contacted us. We setup a time and Phil came over and gave us a very professional demonstration of what he could offer us to get our house sold, including lawn sign, online advertising, flyers, and even door hangers. We were very impressed with Phil's knowledge of real estate and the buying and selling process, and we signed on with Phil to sell our home for us. Phil did state that, in our neighborhood, homes were taking, on average, up to 90 days to sell, and we had noticed that online. Within two days, Phil had contracted a professional photographer to take photos of our home, including drone photos which showed top down details of our home. Phil then placed a lawn sign out, complete with photos and online links to see more photos and make appointments to see the house. We were shocked when, after four days listed on realtor.com, Phil called us and said there had been an offer on our home. Phil quickly and professionally handled the negotiations for us, and we eventually ended up signing a sellers contract for 99% of the asking price. The process went quickly and smoothly, and closing documents were signed within one month of listing. We're certain that we would not have had such results if we had gone with a different realtor. We were super impressed with Phil, his professionalism, and his ability to get through the process easily and with absolutely no problems. We would not hesitate to utilize Phil for any future purchases, and we strongly recommend Phil for all your real estate needs. Thank you Phil for everything!

I will have to say Phillip helped me to understand what all is really needed to decanter around and in my home to help me get the most money from my home sale. His insights were point on and I really appreciated that he took the time to point out key areas potential buyers would be looking at and how my treasures were possibly not their ideas for seeing themselves in the home. How it might hinder my sale. His kindness and compassion for my home and care of me getting the best deal on my sale were a relief to me. I knew when pictures are posted they are the first thing buyers see before seeing my home and taking things down and boxing some things up to help its true beauty shine thru were key points. His friendly, easy going manner, and understanding of the market also helped to ease my fears of the sale. I would highly recommend him for all my family and friends to sell with.
